Baby Boomers
This group of adults – not limited to those of the Baby Boomer generation – gets together for activities including lunch and fellowship as well as occasional visits to local attractions. Social activities are usually scheduled on the second Thursday of each month, with a service project (working at God's Pantry Food Bank) scheduled on the fourth Thursday of each.
The group’s activities have included a trip to Irish Acres Antique Gallery with lunch at The Glitz restaurant, a Christmas tour of Ashland (the Henry Clay Estate), a campus tour of Berea College and lunch at Boone Tavern, and lunch at several local restaurants. The group also volunteers at God's Pantry Food Bank on the fourth Thursday of each month from 10:00 AM until noon. For more information, contact Pat Ingram or 227-9117.
