We are offering a Zoom Business meeting as an opportunity to hear summer reports from our deacons, committees, and staff. If you'd like to join us, please sign up so we can send you the meeting information.
The gathering will open at 6:30 to ensure you are connected and offer opportunities for you to greet one another by way of the chat function. The meeting will officially start at 7 p.m. All participants except the presenter will be muted, but questions can still be asked through the chat. We are asking that you sign up ahead of time by email, so we can send you the particular Zoom meeting instructions and Business meeting packet. We also will attempt a trial meeting (TBA) to work out any kinks or problems before the actual meeting itself. It will be possible to call-in, but you will only be able to listen to the meeting and won't have use of the chat function to ask questions. The Business packet will not go out until July 20.
