On Sunday, September 27th, Central Baptist will join other churches across Lexington for a “virtual” CROP walk. September is Hunger Action Month and the need to come together to fight hunger (even if apart) is more compelling NOW than ever. During this pandemic, 1 in 3 children in 7 Eastern KY counties served by God's Pantry Food Bank are food insecure! No child should worry when their next meal will be! The goal of the CROP Walk is to end hunger one step at a time around the block (through the work of God’s Pantry Food Bank) and around the world (through the work of the Church World Service).
