The Trail of Jesus

The Trail of Jesus

An Art Installation From the Members of CBC

Art has been used as a way to express and explore matters of faith for centuries. At Central Baptist Church, we encourage different ways of understanding God and the life of Christ. We are also fortunate to have many artists as members of our congregation. During our season of Lent, we are using our talents to explore the suffering of Jesus as he makes his way to the cross. This "Trail of Jesus" is to highlight interactions between Jesus and his his followers as well as the confrontrations with the political powers of his day. Below are the artists' representations with the scripture reference. You are encouraged to visit these works in the foyer of Central Baptist Church during office hours or before and after services.
