CBC strives to nurture the spiritual lives of our youth in a variety of ways which helps them grow both personally and communally.
Sunday School / Spiritual Formation
Central Baptist Church offers Sunday School for all youth grades 7-12. Guided by a lectionary-based curriculum, we explore scriptures in cohesion with the worship experience.
Worship
Worship is a central, unifying experience for the congregation, and welcomes children, youth and families to participate in a variety of ways in services.
Wednesday Night Fellowship
Wednesday night begins with the church family together for a meal. Youth meet from 6:15 -7:00 sharing in rotations of prayer, Bible studies, missions, music, worship enrichment, and seasonal activities based on the church calendar.
Summer Mission Camp
The camp experience builds foundation knowledge of scriptural principles like peace and justice while cultivating an attitude of service. Youth participate in PassportYouth! Camps.
Missions and Service
Youth are encouraged to live out their faith through participation in the missions and service projects sponsored by the church.
