Join us this Sunday for worship in person or online to celebrate the second Sunday of Advent. This week we celebrate the peace of Advent as we welcome Gerard Howell as our guest preacher. Gerard was pastor of Central from 1989 to 2004 and continues to serve as our Pastor Emeritus. After his retirement from Central he continued to minister as the Chaplain at the Fayette County Detention Center. Gerard has continued to teach and lead at Central and often bring stories to our Writers' Workshop. We look forward to hearing from Gerard as we make our way once more to the birth of the Christ child.
