On March 3rd our special Vespers guest is The Reverend Doctor Jan Cottrell. Jan will be sharing with us about the use of Labyrinths in her work and ministry and help lead us into ways we too can participate in a labyrinth practice of our own. Jan is an ordained Episcopal priest, a Licensed Pastoral Counselor, and a Clinical Mental Health Chaplain. She has also volunteered her time as a medical and ecological missionary in Haiti and Central America. She works in outreach to prisoners and veteran groups focused on Wounded Warriors. Throughout her ministry, she has found the practice of walking a Labyrinth to be a resource of spiritual enrichment and a way to help others explore more deeply their spiritual lives. We will be talking with Jan about some of these opportunities and stories for our conversation.
